OET with Dr. Ahmed Hesham is an independent online education platform that prepares healthcare professionals — including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, and physiotherapists — for the Occupational English Test (OET).

We are an independent provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the OET, Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment, or any official OET body. All references to the OET describe the preparation we offer and nothing more.

We keep our materials as accurate and current as we can, but the official examination is administered by a separate body. You are responsible for verifying all official requirements directly with the relevant OET authority — including eligibility, test format, booking dates, fees, identification rules, and any changes to the exam. Always confirm the current details on the official OET website before booking or sitting your test.

To purchase or access most of our services you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate details, keep your login credentials confidential, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. We may refuse, suspend, or close any account that breaches these Terms.

We provide a range of digital OET preparation services, which may include:

• Recorded courses, live online courses, and crash courses;
• Writing correction and one-to-one speaking sessions;
• Mock examinations and AI-assisted speaking practice using prepaid credits;
• Downloadable materials, digital books, recall-based resources, and vocabulary and audio tools.

The exact features, content, and availability of each service are described at the point of purchase and may be updated from time to time.

Prices are shown on the Platform and are payable in full at purchase unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal; we do not store your full card details, and your payment is also subject to the provider's own terms.

Prices, features, course availability, and offers may change at any time, but changes will not affect a purchase you have already completed. Promotional offers are time-limited, subject to availability, and may be amended or withdrawn before purchase. Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

All services are delivered online. Where a product allows immediate access, that access — and any associated period of validity — begins as soon as your purchase is confirmed. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we may carry out maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access.

All content on the Platform — including courses, mock exams, recall-based materials, videos, PDFs, audio files, questions, model answers, vocabulary tools, and digital books — is owned by OET with Dr. Ahmed Hesham or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable licence to access the materials for your own individual exam preparation. It does not transfer any ownership or other rights to you.

Our materials are the core of our business, and we protect them actively. You must not:

• Share, resell, lend, distribute, or redistribute any content, in whole or in part;
• Copy, reproduce, adapt, or create derivative works from any content;
• Record, screen-record, screenshot, photograph, or otherwise capture any content;
• Upload, re-upload, post, or republish content on any website, channel, group, cloud drive, or platform;
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content, or use any content to train or develop AI or machine-learning systems;
• Make any content available to another person, whether free of charge or for payment.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is for one individual only, and login credentials may not be shared, sold, or transferred. We may limit the number of concurrent logins or devices per account.

To protect our work, materials may carry individual watermarks or identifiers linked to your account, and we may monitor usage and investigate suspected breaches. By using the Platform you consent to these protections.

If we reasonably believe you have breached Section 8, we may — at our discretion and without refund — issue a warning, suspend your access, or permanently terminate your account. Serious or repeated breaches, such as redistributing our materials, may also lead us to pursue recovery of losses, injunctive relief, reports to the relevant platforms or authorities, and any other remedy available to us in law.

We are committed to high-quality preparation, but your result depends on your own study, effort, and performance on the day. We therefore do not guarantee any particular score or outcome in the OET or any other examination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Where you use our learner platform, payments are processed by Stripe. We may use vetted providers including Brevo for communications, Sentry for error monitoring, and selected AI, speech-recognition, and text-to-speech providers to deliver learning features. AI feedback and predicted scores are educational guidance only and do not guarantee an official OET result.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
