We collect only what we need to provide our services:

• Payment data — payment status and transaction records. Your full card details are handled directly by our payment providers and are not stored by us.
• Learning data — course progress, mock exam results, and writing submissions you send for correction.
• Speaking data — audio recordings created during speaking sessions or AI speaking practice, where you use those features.
• Support messages — the content of enquiries you send us.
• Technical and usage data — device and browser information, and analytics on how you use the Platform.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties who help us run the Platform, including secure payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal, and providers of hosting, analytics, and communications services. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights and prevent fraud. These parties may only use your data for the purposes we specify.

Where data is transferred outside the UK (for example, when we use international service providers), we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place so that your data remains protected to UK standards.

We keep your data only for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Our learner platform may use Stripe for payment processing, Brevo for communications, Sentry for error monitoring, and selected AI, speech-recognition, and text-to-speech providers where needed to deliver learning features. Speaking and conversation audio retention is controlled by the platform policy and is normally limited to the configured retention window. Optional product analytics, analytics cookies, and marketing cookies are disabled unless you consent.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
